Brokerages had leads scattered across portals, inboxes, and spreadsheets, with no shared timeline and no reliable follow-up. Agents wanted AI assistance on replies, but couldn't accept a system that sent messages on their behalf without explicit oversight, and couldn't deploy anything that didn't sit cleanly inside GDPR.
// what we built
Multi-organisation tenancy, role-based access for agents and admins, and an immutable event timeline for every interaction. A Celery-backed queue handles email, SMS, and AI generation off the request path. AI-drafted replies are gated behind explicit agent approval. Stripe billing, JWT auth, and GDPR-compliant export built in from V1.
